CRESTON — Anita Marie Furman, 52, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017 at her home in Creston. Anita was born April 12, 1965 to Quinn and Rita (Kisner) Riley in Rochelle. She married Greg Furman on March 22, 2010 in Key West, Fla.
She is preceded in death by two sons, Anthony Richard Guzzardo and John Wayne Guzzardo.
Anita loved gardening and cooking for her family. She would never pass up an opportunity to dance. Spending time with her grandkids topped the list of her favorites.
Anita is survived by her husband, Greg; parents, Quinn Riley of Rockford and Rita Kisner of Rochelle; three children, Terry (Frances) Olsen of Rockford, Nichole Olsen of Dixon and Sam Guzzardo of Creston; two step-children, Kyle (Brittney) Furman and Thomas Furman both of Rochelle; six grandchildren, Jaxson, Cash and Delilah, Miles and Emma and Everett; three siblings, Eugene Kisner of Rochelle, Quinn “Doc” Riley Jr. of Rockford and Sherri (Jerry) Pate of Hattiesburg, Miss.; mother-in-law, Alice Myers of Rochelle; two brothers-in-law, Kevin (Suzi) Furman of Nappanee, Ind., and Todd (Cindy) Furman of Rochelle; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
