Rochelle Community Hospital recently announced the revealing of its new employee recognition award as well as its first recipient. The first quarter recipient of the RCH Pillar of Excellence Award was presented to Christina (Tina) Neale, RN, of the Medical/Surgical department.

ROCHELLE — Rochelle Community Hospital recently announced the revealing of its new employee recognition award as well as its first recipient. The first quarter recipient of the RCH Pillar of Excellence Award was presented to Christina (Tina) Neale, RN, of the Medical/Surgical department.

“Tina has gone above and beyond in demonstrating her commitment and leadership with her EPIC trainer role. She defines professionalism and teamwork by always advocating and helping her staff. Tina is a true asset to RCH with her communication and ownership of precepting. She takes her job as a nurse very seriously and wants nothing but the best care for her patients. Congratulations, Tina! And thank you for constant contribution to the betterment of RCH staff and its care,” read Tina’s nomination.

This quarterly award recognizes employees who display positive behaviors and characteristics as defined in RCH’s Dare to Soar standards, values and mission. Employees receiving the award demonstrate these behaviors and characteristics on a consistent basis. Selection for the award recognizes these employees for their outstanding commitment and demonstration of concern, respect, and professionalism.
