On March 29 at 12:06 p.m. Crystal Munoz-Mandujano, 21, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license and cited for speeding 56 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Rochelle court date.
