ROCHELLE — On April 12 at 5:12 p.m. Pedro Torres Jr., 29, of Rochelle was cited for failure to yield, no insurance, and leaving the scene of an accident. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 24 Rochelle court date.
On April 13 at 2:13 a.m. Eddie L. Barbee, 41, of Paw Paw was arrested on an outstanding DeKalb County warrant and transferred.
On April 12 at 5:17 a.m. Zephan M. Drew, 24, of Steward was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 24 Rochelle court date.
On April 13 at 6:21 p.m. Kimberly J. Goodrich, 30, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 65 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Ogle County court date.
On April 13 at 12:06 p.m. Sarah E. Kammes, 28, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 60 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Ogle County court date.
On April 13 at 1 p.m. Presleigh E. Turner, 26, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Rochelle court date.
On April 13 at 6:32 p.m. Frank R. Nasca, 37, of Rochelle was arrested for aggravated domestic battery and resisting a peace officer and transferred.
On April 14 at 4:10 p.m. Jonathan Balanzar, 18, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 67 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Rochelle court date.
On April 11 at 11:53 p.m. Steven A. Hobbs, 35, of Rochelle was cited for no valid registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Rochelle court date.
On April 15 at 7:53 a.m. Jessica Chavez, 28, of Rochelle was cited for driving 25-25 miles per hour above the limit. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Rochelle court date.
On April 15 at 1:42 p.m. Sidney M. Valencia-Mancera, 42, of Rockford was arrested for no valid driver’s license. She was released on a notice to appear with a May 10 Rochelle court date.
