On April 5 at 11:09 a.m. Yessica Morales, 32, of Rochelle was cited for disregarding a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Rochelle court date.

On April 5 at 2:33 p.m. Lucas J. Finnan, 32, of DeKalb was cited for expired registration and speeding 60 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Rochelle court date.

On April 5 at 3:30 p.m. Alivia S. Ramsey, 22, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 26 Rochelle court date.

On April 5 at 7:53 p.m. Ryan B. Hornbeck, 26, of Chatsworth was arrested for driving while license suspended/revoked. He was released on a notice to appear with an April 26 Rochelle court date.

On April 5 at 2:21 a.m. Ryan P. Bingham, 31, of Kingston was arrested for driving under the influence and driving under the influence over .08. Bingham was also cited for improper lane usage. He was released on a notice to appear with an April 26 Rochelle court date.

On April 6 at 4:28 p.m. Miranda R. Garcia, 30, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Rochelle court date.

On April 6 at 1:01 p.m. Timothy M. Kittle, 51, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 59 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Rochelle court date.

On April 7 at 3:33 p.m. Dayton C. Marsh, 18, of Dixon was cited for improper use of cell phone and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Rochelle court date.

On April 6 at 5:20 p.m. Daniel Gonzalez, 43, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Rochelle court date.

On April 7 at 4:10 p.m. Haley J. Reeves, 26, of Rockford was cited for expired registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Rochelle court date.

On April 7 at 9:02 p.m. Chevy R. Tippit, 34, of Decatur was arrested for driver’s license expired more than a year. He was released on a notice to appear with a May 10 Rochelle court date.

On April 8 at 12:20 p.m. Tina M. Rains, 53, of Steward was arrested on an outstanding DeKalb County warrant and transferred.

On April 6 at 8:35 p.m. Eddie Sanchez, 20, of Plano was arrested for driving under the influence. Sanchez was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, expiration of registration, and improper traffic lane usage. He was released on a notice to appear with a May 24 Rochelle court date.

On April 8 at 1:25 p.m. Robert P. Wawrzyniak, 42, of Batavia was arrested for driving under the influence and driving while license suspended and cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, illegal transportation of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released on a notice to appear with a May 8 Ogle County court date.

On April 8 at 6:14 p.m. Octavio Perez, 61, of Rochelle was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct. He was released on a notice to appear with a May 10 Ogle County court date.

On April 8 at 8:49 p.m. Kelly Helfrich, 31, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence. She was released on a notice to appear with a May 10 Ogle County court date.
