ROCHELLE — On Jan. 11 at 4:37 p.m., Rochelle police arrested a 17-year-old male, of Rochelle, on a DeKalb County juvenile warrant. He was transported.
On Jan. 11 at 11:42 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Joshua M. Holton, 23, of Rochelle, on a DeKalb County warrant. He was transported to jail.
On Jan. 13 at 5:15 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Travis Echelbarger, 28, of Rochelle, on a DeKalb County warrant. He posted $375 bond and was given a Feb. 8 court date.
