DEKALB — Junior Cassidy Vincent and senior Kenzie Liezert represented the Rochelle Lady Hub varsity bowling team at the IHSA Sycamore Sectional on Saturday. Vincent rolled a 1,059 series over six games, while Liezert bowed out with a 914 series in the sectional tournament at Mardi Gras Lanes in DeKalb.

Vincent fired a 608 series over her final three games, shooting respective scores of 171, 231 and 206 to conclude the tournament. The junior rolled a 451 series with scores of 153, 180 and 118 during the first half of the tournament.

Liezert threw a 461 series to start the tournament, bowling respective scores of 147, 173 and 141. The senior concluded the tournament with games of 150, 149 and 154 during the second half of the event. Neither bowler will advance to the IHSA State Championship meet.

Vincent wraps up her season as a three-time IHSA Sectional qualifier, reaching sectionals twice as an individual and once as a team member. Liezert ends her time with the Lady Hubs as a two-time sectional qualifier, once as an individual.
