Byers is also pleased to announce the promotion of Joanne M. Carr as Senior Vice President/Mortgage Operations. Carr has been with Holcomb State Bank for four years.
Holcomb State Bank has four locations in Creston, Holcomb, New Milford and Rochelle. Holcomb State Bank opened in 1892 and is celebrating the 125th anniversary in 2017.
