On Jan. 12 at 9:18 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Zachary A. L. Goodwin, 26, of Oregon, for failure to register as a sex offender. He was transported to jail with no set court date.
On Jan. 15 at 8 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Oscar A. Milan, 28, of Rochelle, for failure to register as a sex offender. He was transported to jail.
On Jan. 9 at 4:05 p.m., Rochelle police cited Todd M. Henry, 33, of Oregon, for passing a school bus. His court date is set for Feb. 21.
