ROCKFORD — Thomas L. Tomlinson, 76, passed away on July 11, 2018 in his home in Rockford.
Tom was born on June 23, 1942 to Thomas E. and Mildred E. (Messmann) Tomlinson in Poynette, Wis.
He proudly served with the United States Marines from 1960–1964. Tom was an over-the-road truck driver.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and making music CDs for them. Tom had a passion for fishing, old family photographs and memorabilia.
Tom is survived by his three sisters, Laurel Yates of Rochelle, Patricia (Dennis) Cote of Hampshire and Valerie (Walter) Weiss of Huntley.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation care is being provided by the Unger-Horner Funeral Home in Rochelle. There will be no services.
