On Wednesday afternoon, Ogle County Health Department officials released the daily COVID-19 counts for the county.
Officials reported the county's third death related to positive cases in the county as well as new positive cases.
Currently, there are 204 total positive cases — two more than reported on Tuesday.
Recovery numbers are continuing to climb. On Tuesday, the county reported 144 recovered cases. On Wednesday that number was reported to be 161.
