ROCHELLE – Stillman Bank will be hosting a free community shred day on Saturday, Aug. 26.
The Freeport Recycling Center and the Shred Beast will be onsite to safely dispose of your personal documents and information and help you avoid becoming a victim of identity theft and fraud.

Shredding will be offered at Stillman Bank in Rochelle (455 W. Highway 38) from 9 a.m.-noon. Anyone is welcome to take advantage of this free service to dispose of personal papers and unwanted documents in a safe, secure way.
Individuals may bring up to six boxes, weighing less than 35 pounds each, full of items to be shredded.  Suggested items include those that contain personal information such as names and addresses, birthdates, social security and insurance numbers, and banking and credit card information. Documents may contain staples and paperclips, and most non-plastic file folders are also accepted. For a complete list of acceptable shredding items, please contact Stillman Bank at 815-562-7071.
