ROCHELLE — On Feb. 1 at 10:56 a.m. Joshua A. Marcoux, 20, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On Feb. 1 at 10:33 p.m. Kayliegh F. Doughery, 25, of Dixon was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 17 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 1 at 11:50 p.m. Miranda R. Garcia, 29, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.

On Feb. 2 at 10:41 a.m. Manuel Sigales, 81, of Rochelle was cited for improper lane usage. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 17 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 2 at 4:01 p.m. Susan A. Andracke, 74, of Rochelle was cited for improper lane usage. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 17 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
