ROCHELLE — A Rochelle man was arrested Thursday and charged with 11 counts of possession of child pornography, a Rochelle Police press release said.
At approximately 2 p.m. Rochelle Police detectives executed an arrest warrant on Adrian S. Garcia, 35, of Rochelle. Possession of child pornography is a class two felony.
The investigation had a duration of approximately 18 months, and also involved the Illinois State Police, the release said.
Garcia was transported to the Ogle County Jail and bond was set at $500,000.
