DEKALB — Robert Malcolm Harkness II, 90, of DeKalb, passed Saturday, Sept. 22, 2018, at Oak Crest Retirement Center, DeKalb.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 15 at St. Paul’s Episcopal church, 900 Normal Rd., DeKalb, with The Reverend Edward T. Bird IV officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Inurnment of cremated remains will be at St. Paul’s Columbarium. A reception will follow the service at St. Paul’s parish hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Robert M. Harkness memorial fund, addressed to the Harkness Family in care of Butala Funeral Homes and Crematory, 1405 DeKalb Ave, Sycamore, IL 60178.
