ROCHELLE — Join in the fun at Spring Lake Pool this Saturday, July 14 for a free community swim from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. hosted by Anytime Fitness.
Adults and children of all ages are welcome and encouraged to get out of the heat and enjoy the newly updated pool facility at no charge.
“We hope that the community will come and participate in our free community swims,” said Maureen Stevens, Flagg-Rochelle Community Park District office/program manager. “Thanks to our sponsors for these events… the fact we can offer several free swims this summer has been amazing and a good show of how great the community of Rochelle is. We are excited about it.”
The concession stand will be open during the event with food and drinks for purchase.
The City of Rochelle is also hosting a free community swim on Saturday, July 21 as well as Central Bank on Sunday, July 29.
