ROCHELLE — Due to State of Illinois COVID-19 Tier 3 resurgence mitigation, effective this Friday, Nov. 20, support groups and community classes will no longer be able to meet in person at Rochelle Community Hospital until further notice.

This includes Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Group Hope, Grief Support Group, Community Heartsaver CPR-AED-First Aid Classes and Safe Sitter classes.

In addition, the RCH Fitness Center will be operating at 25 percent capacity or five members in the department exercising at a time. Members who are working out will need to wear face coverings at all times, including while engaged in individual exercise regardless of the member or the machine spacing. Appointments are required to exercise and members are asked to call 815-562-2181, ext. 2730 to reserve a time.

RCH reminds you to take the following effective steps to protect our families, our communities and ourselves:

Wear your mask.

Watch your distance—stay at least 6 feet from others.

Wash your hands frequently.

Avoid travel or having people in your homes who have traveled.
