Ogle County Sheriff's Report: Nov. 30-Dec. 2

On Nov. 30 at approximately 9:40 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on a blue Buick Regal in the 13000 block of East Big Mound Road for failure to display vehicle registration. After conducting an investigation, Brandon Wright, 27, of Holcomb, was arrested for no valid license. Wright was also cited for no valid insurance and no valid registration.  Wright was issued an I-Bond and released on scene. Wright will appear in court on a later date.
Dec. 1
On Dec. 1, Megan Tracy, 38, of Davis Junction, was arrested by Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies on a failure to appear arrest warrant. Tracy has a bond of $1,853.50 and was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 1. Tracy remains in the Ogle County jail.

On Dec. 2 the following people were arrested on outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Jamar D. Baker, 31, of Rockford, for driving while license suspended. Baker was issued a $1,000 recognizance bond and will appear in court on Dec. 23.
Mark R. Much, 51, of Dixon, for possession of a controlled substance. Much was unable to post the $5,000/10 percent bond and was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3.
Dec. 2
On Dec. 2 at approximately 2:38 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a battery at 3890 N. Illinois Route 251 with an injured male victim. After investigation, deputies placed Adam Sherman, 27, of Rockford, under arrest for aggravated battery. Sherman was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held pending a court appearance in front of a judge. Stillman EMS also assisted with the incident and transported the victim to SwedishAmerican Hospital.
