ROCHELLE — Hillary M. Martinez, daughter of Delnora Martinez or Rochelle and the late Rudolfo Rodriguez Jr., and niece of Maria Martin, earned her Bachelor of Science in Geology – Environmental Minor in Aerospace Studies from Southern Illinois University in August.
Martinez is currently a nuclear and missile operations officer with her first assignment at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.
Martinez is a 2009 graduate of Rochelle Township High School.
A special thank you to all her teachers at RTHS and SIU who played a big role in getting her where she is today.
