ROCHELLE — Since 2017, the Rochelle Moose has held a Valued Veteran Banquet in November for all Rochelle Moose members who have self-identified as having served our nation in the United States Armed Forces.
The Valued Veteran of the Year is selected on the basis of having served the Moose and their community. This year’s Valued Veteran of the Year is John Kisner, Sr., who enjoys working on the annual Haunted Roon at the Moose with his son John Kisner, Jr. John also got to be an actor in the Haunted Room again this year! John loves frightening the kids. John served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.
