OREGON — Ogle County Clerk, Laura J. Cook, announces petitions may be picked up in the County Clerk’s office at the Ogle County Courthouse in Oregon for the upcoming General Primary Election on March 20, 2018.
County offices to be nominated are Clerk / Recorder, Treasurer, Sheriff and County Board Members (16). The election of Precinct Committeemen will also be on the ballot.
Candidates may begin circulating their petitions on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2017. Candidates must file their petitions Nov. 27, 2017 – Dec. 4, 2017, at the Ogle County Clerk’s office at the Courthouse in Oregon. Office hours for filing will be November 27, 2017 through Dec. 1, 2017 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Dec. 4, 2017 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
