On Jan. 9 at 7:18 p.m., Rochelle police cited Pedro Anaya III, 25, of Rochelle, for unauthorized parking (handicap). He posted a promise to comply.
On Jan. 9 at 8:03 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Brandan Rogers, 30, of DeKalb, on a McLean County warrant and a DeKalb County warrant. He was transported to jail.

On Jan. 9 at 10:21 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Anthony Terronez, 60, of Rochelle, for expired registration, DUI/DUI BAC over .08. He posted an I-bond and his driver’s license.
On Jan. 10 at 5:18 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Renee Thornhill, 30, of Bloomington, on a DeKalb County warrant. She was transported to jail.
On Jan. 10 at 7:10 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Alysha Dwyer, 27, of Rockford, on a Winnebgao County warrant and a Whiteside County warrant. She was transported to jail.
On Jan. 10 at 7:17 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Devon Reingardt, 19, of Rochelle, for domestic battery. He was transported to jail.
On Jan. 10 at 11:51 p.m., Rochelle police cited Oscar Mascorro, 49, of Chicago, for speeding 45 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He posted a promise to comply.
On Jan. 11 at 1:09 a.m., Rochelle police cited a 17-year-old female, of Rochelle, for expired registration, no insurance and operating in violation of restrictions.
