CRESTON — Please join us on Saturday, April 24 for a Celebration of Life Ceremony to honor the memory of Pastor Al Roose.
On Oct. 24, 2020, after a long struggle with brain cancer, Pastor Roose, of New Beginnings Baptist Church in Creston fell asleep on earth and woke up in heaven.
During his 35 years as a church planter, he started 11 churches. He was married to the only girl he ever dated, the love of his life, Linda Richardson, for 49 years.
They had two children, Bethany and Brian, and nine amazing grandchildren.
The ceremony will be held at New Beginnings Baptist Church located at 305 N. Grove Street, Creston, and will begin at 1 p.m., with light refreshments to follow.
