ROCHELLE — Barry Lee Tilton, 65, of Rochelle, passed away on Aug. 2, 2020. Barry was born on May 24, 1955 in Panama City, Florida, to Duane and Gussie (Starnes) Tilton.
He was loved by all his friends and was a very helpful neighbor. He loved to watch the news and had a big passion for painting.
Barry is survived by his special friend, Tina Gonzalez of Rochelle; one daughter, Heather Tilton of Rochelle; one granddaughter, Indy Metzger; as well as two sisters, Lori (John) Davis and Diana Akers.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one son, Michael Tilton; and one sister, Susan Tilton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Aug. 6 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Beverage-Lyons Family Funeral Homes, 704 N. Sixth Street, Rochelle. A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. Cremation rites will be accorded.
