ROCHELLE — On Wednesday afternoon before school got out, family and friends of Grant Prusator gathered in the superintendent’s office as Hub basketball standout officially committed to play basketball at Highland Community College in Freeport.

Prusator said it was easy to narrow his decision down to two schools, but he struggled for a while between two very different programs.
