ROCHELLE — On Friday evening, the Cypress House invited local award-winning romance novelist, Molly Fader, and successful candy maker Rachel Kurns, to showcase and share their talents at an open house. Both women are originally from the Rochelle area.
At her table, Kurns provided samples and sold Valentine’s Day boxes of her toffee, sea salt caramels, “pokies,” marshmallow pecans and more. Fader signed copies of her newest novel, “Crazy Thing Called Love.”
