Rochelle – Dement Road will be closed, beginning at 7 a.m., on Thursday, Feb. 7 and Friday, Feb. 8 from 500 feet south of Ranger Drive south to Creston Road, according to City of Rochelle officials. The closure will take place for two days to facilitate soil and pavement borings related to the Dement Road overpass.
Traffic is asked to use the following detour route:
• IL Route 38 west to Caron Road, south on Caron Road to Creston Road, east on Creston Road.
