Winter weather reminders

ROCHELLE — The City of Rochelle would like to remind residents to use caution while traveling in winter weather.

Parking

Once three inches of snow have fallen, the winter storm parking ordinance will be in effect. Although residents are encouraged to find off-street parking during times of snow, street parking is permissible with certain exceptions. On even dated days, all vehicles are to be parked on the even-numbered sides of the street. On odd dated days, parking is permitted on the odd-numbered sides of the street until snow is cleared.
