RTHS students leave mark at speech tournament

ROCHELLE—Over winter break, the Rochelle Township High School Speech Team competed at the Lena-Winslow Tournament. The team placed fifth out of 16 teams. Individuals from the varsity division and the novice division won honors and are listed.
