Stuck in a Rut

Mark Alvis digs a hole along the side walk at the intersection of 5th Avenue and 8th Street Monday afternoon.

The hole will be used to connect wires for a fiber optics cell tower. Other construction was happening along the side walk on 5th Avenue to connect the cords.
