City clerk McKinney named NIMCA clerk of the year

Rochelle — At the December Northwestern Illinois Municipal Clerks Association meeting held in Maple Park on Dec. 5, Rochelle City Clerk Bruce McKinney was named NIMCA’s 2012 Rosemary Coughlin Clerk of the Year.

McKinney has been the Rochelle Clerk since 1994.

The NIMCA Clerk of the Year was named after Rosemary Coughlin who served for many years as the City Clerk of Sterling and was one of the founding members of NIMCA.
