Pedraza’s positive outlook leads to current success and bright future

ROCHELLE ­— While most student-athletes practice and strive each year to become better, ultimately hitting the top of his or her game in their senior year, Gabe Pedraza is already there.

The sophomore has already outdone himself as the leading boys cross-country runner in his sophomore year.

Pedraza has boosted himself to the top of the team with some strong times this year, which included a new personal record of 16:57, 10 seconds faster than his best time last year when he was just a freshman.
