Rochelle ready for downtown Christmas

ROCHELLE — Downtown Rochelle will be bustling with activity this weekend for the Old Fashioned Christmas Walk.

The event has grown to include events all weekend Dec. 7, 8 and 9. Many downtown stores will be open until 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 7.

The weekend will begin at Flagg Township Museum with a visit from Santa on Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. There is no charge to see Santa and kids are encouraged to bring their Christmas list and parents a camera.
