Two die in Thursday collision

OREGON — Two area women are dead following a tragic Thanksgiving Day automobile accident which occurred on Pines Road Thursday morning.

On Nov. 22 at approximately 9:44 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s Department deputies were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash in the 1000 Block of W. Pines Road, located approximately one and a half miles west of Oregon.
