Crusaders open up Meridian Conference with win

CRESTON — The St. Paul Crusaders varsity team started its season with a win last Thursday to start the Meridian Conference, defeating Creston 53-24.

Kyle Seebach led the Crusaders with 24 points while Daniel McAnly and Jeffrey Warner each had eight. Wyatt Doubler contributed five points and both Cody Thomspon and sixth-grader Brady Shank added two points each.
