A.B.A.T.E. holds annual clean-up

OGLE COUNTY — Oct. 7, A.B.A.T.E. of IL, Thunder Rock Chapter held a roadside cleanup starting at the rest area on IL Route 2 just west of the Winnebago/Ogle County border and covered about 1 mile on each side of the rest area and has done so for more than 10 years, approximately two to four times per year.

During this most recent cleanup, 12 bags were collected. Those who attended are Bobby Carroll, Tracy and Bob Borgen, Rob Claeyssen and Cathy Koziol.
