RMS boys ready to turn things around after opening loss

ROCHELLE — On Tuesday, the Rochelle Middle School eighth grade basketball team got off to a slow start and just couldn’t come back in its 52-39 loss to Burlington Central/Prairie Knolls.

In the first quarter, the Royals scored eight points to BC/PK’s 17 with Landon Griffith and Sam Christianson each sinking shots behind the arc. Hunter Haggestad also had a field goal.
