Treatment Plant Road bridge removal underway

Rochelle — Construction is underway on Treatment Plant Road as crews begin removal of the bridge located there.

The bridge is being removed and traffic rerouted to improve flow through that area of the Kyte Creek through grant funding.

To access the Rochelle Municipal Utilities Water Treatment Plant area, Avenue F may be utilized once construction is complete.
