Lady Hubs split match with Lady Trojans on Tuesday

MENDOTA — On Tuesday, the Rochelle Township High School Lady Hubs tennis team split a match against Mendota picking up two victories but losing two as well.

Brittany Sanderson overpowered Mendota’s Asia Robinson 6-2, 6-0 at number two singles slot to pick up Rochelle’s first victory of the contest.

Lisa Noggle and Haley Griffith had another successful day on the court as well, defeating Mondota’s number one doubles team, 7-5, 6-4.
