Hub linksters conclude season at sectional

ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Township High School golf season officially came to a close Monday afternoon as Brendan O’Rorke and Aaron Mehrings competed in the Belvidere sectional meet.

O’Rorke shot a 90 and Mehrings a 98 on Monday. With cool temperatures and wind gusts reaching 40 miles per hour, scores were higher than expected for all golfers in the field.
