ROCHELLE— Just as the sun rises and sets everyday, our human bodies age just a little bit more as well. As with any other stage in life, reaching the later years comes with different challenges and maintenance routines to stay healthy.
In order to spread awareness for senior health and living, a senior expo was held Thursday at First Presbyterian Church and sponsored by the Lincoln Manor Senior Housing, which is a program of Lutheran Social Senior Services (LSSI).
