After adjustments Rochelle defeats Earlville 6-3

ROCHELLE — On Saturday, the Rochelle Township High School soccer team proved that it is a force to be reckoned with as the Hubs defeated Earlville at home 6-3.

Within three minutes of the start of the game, Earlville found Rochelle’s goal to take an early lead, but a Curtis Kinne goal in the 21st minute and a Miguel Casillas score shortly after assisted by Matt Rosenwinkel gave the Hubs their first lead of the day. In minute 38, however, Earlville scored again to tie it up at 2-2 going into halftime.
