Hauser-Ross Eye Institute expands retina services to better serve the community

Drs. Amde and Dhaliwal of Hauser-Ross Eye Institute stand with one of two new cameras which have helped to expand services and improve care for patients.

DEKALB — Hauser-Ross Eye Institute is providing patients access to the most advanced technology and specialists to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease. Hauser-Ross has improved patient care by upgrading  equipment and adding more days retina providers see patients each week.

Wendewessen Amde, MD, and Ahmed Abdelsalam, MD, both from Chicagoland Retinal Consultants, LLC, are seeing patients as part of the team of board-certified and fellowship-trained ophthalmologists at Hauser-Ross in providing vitreoretinal services to patients in the community.
