Hillcrest village officials to go door-to-door starting Sunday

HILLCREST — Hillcrest Village President Kim Whalen announced Friday that village officials will be making door-to-door visits throughout the entire community in an effort to complete resident surveys for the purpose of applying for a sewer grant.

Whalen said surveys were originally mailed out earlier this year, but a large percentage of them were returned incomplete and are not valid. Whalen believes a door-to-door approach will be more effective in securing the surveys.
