Flagg-Rochelle Community Park District held Tumble in the Park "for babies, toddles, and preschoolers to get fresh air, explore the world of physical fitness, skill learning, and social development" Wednesday morning at Tilton Memorial Park.
Two-year-old Alivia Law throws balls out of the ball pit and jump house during Tumble in the Park. Alivia was the only toddler to show up to the event but she enjoyed building foam towers and knocking them down and playing in the bounce house/ ball pit.
Elizabeth Sosa, superintendent of Recreation, said they had four kids sign up and she thinks the low turn out might have been because of the colder temperature and cool wind chill.
Sosa added that the park district might try Tumble in the Park again in the Spring.
