New school taking shape

ROCHELLE — Students attending Lincoln Elementary School will be filling the halls of the new facility off Flagg Road.

“The new building’s construction is going well,” district superintendent Todd Prusator said. “We are still on target for the school year.”

He added that the weather has been good which is allowing the progress to stay on schedule without delays.
