OCALA, Fla. — Clifford L. Eash died at Royal Oak Nursing Center on Dade City, Fla. on Thursday, July 15, 2010.
He was born in Flanagan on July 7, 1924 to Walter and Ella (Ringenberg) Eash.
Cliff moved to Ocala from Rochelle in 1969. He was an U.S. Air Force veteran, serving during World War II. He retired as a maintenance superintendent for the State of Florida Corrections Department.
Survivors include his four daughters, Judy Olsen (Steven) of Bradenton, Fla., Sandra Larsen (Steven) of Dade City, Pamela Nixon of Edenton, N.C. and Tanya Gould (Robert) of Fort Myers, Fla.; son, Charles Eash (Lorie) of Naples, Fla; brother, Merlin Eash (Norma) of Chenoa; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at Roberts Funeral Homes’ downtown chapel on Tuesday, July 20 at 3 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association. Arrangements are under the care of Roberts Funeral Homes, 352-622-4141.
