“Get out Alive” show attracts local fan base

STILLMAN VALLEY — On Monday evening, approximately 70 friends and family members of the local “Get out Alive with Bear Grylls” reality show contestants Lucky and Andrea “Louie” Larson gathered at the Wooden Nickel restaurant in support of the father-daughter duo’s televised journey to win the $500,000 cash prize.

As of the latest episode, the Larsons have now shared four mentally and physically enduring survival challenges with audiences across the world. In the local sector, however, Monday night was the first time that “Team Purple” watched themselves on TV in a public Stillman Valley establishment. Out of 10 of the initial teams that entered the competition, six teams, including the Larsons, remain.
