Deborah J. Landis

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa—Deborah J. Landis, 60, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died peacefully Nov. 27, 2012 in the presence of her family and close friends. God called her by name after a short illness.

Deb was a loving daughter, sister and a dearly cherished aunt. She was a friend to all and had a special love for her pets.

Survivors include her parents, Jim and Irene Landis; brother, Jim (Nancy); her five beloved nieces and nephews, Christy (Jeremiah) Buehler, Steven, Emily, Sarah, Kevin (fiancée Hilary); and four adored great-nieces and nephews, Joshua, Marissa, Joanna and Logan.

Deb will be laid to rest at Union Cemetery, Steward, with a family graveside service. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to support the Humane Society or your local Hospice.
