LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Erica Franco, originally of Rochelle, daughter of Jose and Elvia Franco, of Rochelle, and Matthew Cedeno, originally from Moses Lake, Wash., son of Ruben and Connie Cedeno, of Washington, exchanged wedding vows at 2 p.m., July 31, 2009, at St. Monica’s Catholic Church in Santa Monica, Calif., with Msgr. Torgerson officiating the ceremony.

Attending the bride as maids of honor were her sister, Elvia L. Stepan, and her sister-in-law, Cecilia Franco. Bridesmaids included Angela Shepherd, Sonia McCullum, Allison Costello, Erin Coscarelli, Jennifer Acosta, and Sarita Payne.

Ray Cedeno and Eric Winter both served as the groom’s best man. Groomsmen included Julian Franco, Scott Orta, Wenty Barrett, Donnie Anderson, Jay Torres, and Jason Hamer.

Natalia Grace Stepan was the couple’s flower girl and Luke Isaac Stepan their ring bearer.

Ushers included Zachary Cedeno and Austin Orta.

A wedding reception followed the ceremony at the Sheraton Delfina in Santa Monica, Calif., with 140 guests in attendance. The newlyweds honeymooned in Fiji and will make their home in Los Angeles.

The bride earned a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University and is a model/actress and owner of Body Language Sportswear. The groom earned an Associate of Arts from Highline Community College, and is an actor and owner of Body Language Sportswear.
